Integrate BPD
Ashley founded Integrate BPD, a unique therapeutic program rooted in Reality Integration Therapy™ (RIT), designed to help individuals with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) address the root causes of their emotional and relational struggles through psychoanalytic techniques. The program focuses on object relations and separation-individuation theory to guide individuals toward self-integration and emotional regulation. Recognizing that traditional treatments often fail to provide long-term solutions for those with BPD, Ashley developed Integrate BPD as a self-administered approach that combines insights from psychoanalysts such as Melanie Klein, Margaret Mahler, and Otto Kernberg. With the belief that healing from developmental injuries is achievable in adulthood, she offers a process that empowers individuals to break free from the constraints of their past and embrace a healthier, more balanced future. Integrate BPD stands out for its emphasis on providing individuals with the tools and guidance they need to make lasting change in their lives.

Reality Integration Therapy™ (RIT) Expands to Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) and Histrionic Personality Disorder (HPD)

Ashley is expanding Reality Integration Therapy™ (RIT) to include Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) and Histrionic Personality Disorder (HPD), building on the successful framework developed for BPD. Recognizing that personality disorders often share underlying object relations struggles rooted in early developmental trauma, Ashley is adapting RIT to address the unique patterns and defense mechanisms that characterize these disorders. By incorporating RIT into the treatment of NPD and HPD, Ashley aims to provide a therapeutic process that fosters psychodynamic healing and self-integration for individuals with these disorders. The expanded approach builds on the principles of object relations and separation-individuation, guiding clients through a process of self-reflection and emotional integration to help them move beyond maladaptive behaviors and defenses. Through RIT, individuals with NPD and HPD are empowered to confront their emotional wounds, challenge distorted perceptions of themselves and others, and develop healthier, more authentic relationships (with themselves and then others). This expansion reflects Ashley’s commitment to offering psychodynamic therapies that address the complexities of personality disorders and support lasting healing and growth across a range of emotional and relational challenges.
